Academic staff from three departments in the Faculty of Engineering have come together to present a series of events aimed at students in Years 11 and 12. The first event took place on Thursday 7th April 2011.

Engineering Mathematics, Computer Science and Electrical and Electronic Engineering are at the very forefront of the kind of technological advances that are enabling a healthier, more connected and more sustainable future. This event aims to give students an exciting insight into how these disciplines will improve the way we do things, offering a broader understanding of the science behind the technology and how it can be applied to benefit society.

Attendance is open to school groups accompanied by a member of staff. Registration is 10:15am and Departure is 3:00pm. The subsidised fee of £10 per student (members of staff go free) includes refreshments and lunch.
